Tincture to health

On a recent trip to Quebec I had the opportunity to visit a wonderful place called Clef Des Champs where they grow organic herbs and spices in the north of Quebec. Beside being taken by the natural beauty of the area I was really impressed with the tour and information about the medicinal plants and their uses.P1040872

You could also purchase organic herbs, teas and tinctures that are grown and made on site. Which brings me to my main subject; the tinctures. The tinctures are commonly used in herbal medicines and amongts herbal practitioner however if you are not familiar with the subject I would advice you to continue reading.

Tincture are mainly a herbal concentrate in alcohol, a liquid extract per say.. That are used to treat illnesses of all sorts as well as be used as a preventive method. They are not only great because of their natural source but also great due to the effectiveness. They can easily replace and surpass any pill or supplements because they are easier to digest and ingest.

Whilst the tincture are totally natural you still should consult your health care practitioner before ingesting.

Tincture are not only great to gain a better health but they are also very easy to make.

I use vodka in my tincture but you can also find recipes that uses cider vinegar or glycerin.
